Firm Foundation Builders is committed to providing value while protecting your biggest investment. We offer the 2-10 and 2-10 Plus America’s Choice Home Buyers Warranty with every home we build. All new homes will have 2 years on all systems and ten years of major structural defect coverage that starts on the day of closing.
We also offer the comprehensive 2-10 Plus Extended Warranty Plan that will cover the homeowner up to four years on their household systems and appliances including heating systems, plumbing, central air conditioning, clothes washer and dryer, water heater, oven, range, dishwasher, trash compactor, refrigerator and garbage disposal.
